Often it isn’t, and a cheap hydraulic seal that fails within weeks ends up costing more than the genuine part would have, once you add the callout and the lost productivity.
We supply genuine parts wherever safety or reliability really matters — brakes, hydraulic seals, electrical systems, structural components. Where a cost-effective aftermarket or refurbished alternative genuinely makes sense (an older forklift where replacement value is low, for instance), we’ll say so explicitly and explain what you’re getting, including the warranty position, rather than upselling genuine parts you don’t need.
